Yeah I wanted to work in the Black Auction situation somehow and this seemed like the place to do it. Originally it was set in Cairo but I have something else planned for Egypt now.
I love me some flavourful underworld villains. This could almost be a Guy Ritchie cast. If Guy Ritchie did Cthulhu-Mythos-in-Turkye. I like how the crime is rather mundane but leads into a (literal) mystical underworld. Also: The catacombs of that city are awesome.
